We work organically and are currently switching to biodynamics. Because we want to be careful with the place that shapes our wines: the Kirnberg, Kreuzberg, Frauenweingärten and Mugler locations in Rossatz andtreibsdorf. Riedes that are characterized by the coolness of the Dunkelsteinerwald and the balancing moment of the Danube.
We intervene as little as possible in the cellar. Our wines ferment spontaneously, some mature in large or small 500 liter barrels, and clarify themselves over time - unfiltered. This way they can show their origins particularly well. We love drinking them just as much.
