The Story

Riesling is one of our favorite varieties. Our cool climate and primary rock soil are perfect for its freshness. The playful dialog between minerality and fruitiness makes this wine very savory. The soil is a primarily rock soil; granite, and the age of the vines 15 – 40 years. The vineyards are in and around Röschitz at an altitude of 260-300 m (855-1000 ft).
