A Lambrusco vinified following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle on the lees. Lambrusco Brut "Trentasei" is absolutely irresistible and charming; encloses the charm of Emilia Romagna with the elegance and finesse of Champagne; the name, "Trentrasei", it owes to the past months on the lees; a refinement that gives structure, scale and complexity of this classic method of Lambrusco.
