About Chacewater Winery
Brand Story
Family owned and operated, the name Chacewater honors owners Paul and Kelley Manuel’s roots in Cornwall, England. The Vineyard was born after a devastating fire cleared the family’s land, inspiring a shift from construction to viticulture. From their first release in 2011, to being named “Golden State Winery of the Year” in 2012, Chacewater has quickly developed a following for their small lot, organic and conventional wines.
