Tasting Notes Fresh Peach aromas and flavor. Dry in flavor with a fresh bright entry and good bubble structure. Very refreshing for lunch, on a hot day, or as a starter before a meal like champagne. The Lime citrus, Ginger Beer and a hint of mint elevate the aromas & flavors and Orgeat provides body to the palate.
