The Story
State of the art brewing equipment such as rotary rice soaking tanks, p to closed top temperature controlled fermenter tanks allow for precise quality control resulting in consistently high quality result. Proprietary rice milling process results in effective removal of outer layer while retaining greater amount of shimpaku vs. traditional milling.
