The Story
Fabre Montmayou was founded in the early 1990’s by owner and winemaker Hervé Joyaux Fabre. When Hervé moved to Argentina from Bordeaux in the early 1990s and he was one of the first foreigners to recognise the potential of Argentina. He was also one of 3 foreign winemakers to make premium Malbec as a single varietal. Very classic style wines, Hervé really believes in terroir and that the wines should be a true reflection of where they come from.
