The Character
Tasting Notes Tart red berries spell freshness and fruity ease on this fruit-driven pink fizz. The frothy bubbles make the light body even lighter and add a touch of creaminess to the fruit. This is easy, dry and uncomplicated but huge fun—as well as very refreshing on the berry-scented, clean finish. Anne Krebiehl MW

Aromas Tart red berries and fresh florals

The Story
We've been producing crémant d'Alsace since 1981 and we have gained conviction that Alsace terroir combined with local grape varietals can produce as good if not better sparkling than those from another famous region in France...
We called our crémant "brut formula phi" in relation to the Golden Ratio and our quest of elegance. Choices of vine-plots, grape varietals, aging period, sugar dosage are all possibilities in the search for this goal.
