Tasting Notes Similar in production to the 2015 vintage, with a higher percentage of Petit Verdot, this wine explodes from the glass. Dark ruby red color with notes of blackberry, blueberry, Chinese Five Spice, bittersweet cocoa, finished with crème de cassis. Full-bodied, starting with a seamless entry and well integrated mid-palate, the wine finishes and lingers for a very long time. This is a serious wine, and one that our winemaking team led by Martha McClellan and Wesley Steffens are very proud to present as our third vintage.
