The Character

Tasting Notes This wine opens with an expressive bouquet of citrus blossom, ripe pear, and crushed stones, layered with subtle notes of hazelnut and fresh butter. The palate is both rich and vibrant, showcasing flavors of lemon curd, green apple, and a chalky minerality characteristic of the Perrières vineyard. A backbone of fresh acidity lends balance to the wine’s luxurious texture, culminating in a long, precise finish.
