This is why we dedicate 100% of our attention to produce a single Cabernet Sauvignon and a single Chardonnay. By trimming down our offering, we maximize our winemaking to create the best product possible, without additives, compromise, or distraction. Philosophy
Unlike most wines at our price point, we don’t add sugar, concentrate, coloring, or anything else that shouldn’t be there. We believe in winemaking, not winefaking, and we are transparent about this. We produce TRIM with the same strict winemaking standards as the top wine producers across the world. We are meticulous. We don’t cut corners. We don’t take shortcuts. TRIM's executive producer is Ray Signorello. Ray’s dedication to making world-class, hand-crafted wine spans 30 years, achieving countless accolades from globally renowned wine critics and publications along the way.
Known as one of Napa Valley’s top vintners, Ray’s authentic style and European influence shines through in every bottle of wine he produces.
