Casa Vegil
The Casa Vegil domain includes just over 10 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of vines; with characteristic varietals of the area of ​​Champagne (namely, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). Planted gradually since 2017, we continue to increase the surface area by betting on these magnificent varieties. The microclimate here allows us to have perfect ripening with optimal acidity levels to create the best whites and sparkling wines in the entire BajÃo area. Parallel to this, we have vineyards in Baja California where we produce our Cabernet Sauvignon, in clay soils and a completely Mediterranean climate.
