Since March 1998, Chantal and Gérard Perse have owned this illustrious property, classified as a Premier Grand Cru Classé "A." Renowned for its exceptional Saint-Émilion terroir, Château Pavie produces wines celebrated for their structure and elegance, achieved through meticulously limited yields of just 31 hl/ha.
