Farm to Table
Fowles is nestled in the heart of the Strathbogie Ranges, a landscape marked by ancient granite boulders and steeped in rich stories. We farm, hunt, prepare, and share, inviting everyone on a culinary adventure that connects them to the very source of flavour. Respecting our land with generations of knowledge, we are driven by a passion for improving farming practices, creating a sustainable future. With a thirst for discovery and the unknown, Fowles champions the adventurous spirit, those curious enough to take the path less travelled.
Fowles combines world-class wine and food experiences with a deep connection to place, creating unforgettable moments for friends and family. From the gold rush in the 1800s to the vibrant blossoms of spring today, our hardworking team continues to innovate, making Fowles one of Australia’s leading cool-climate wine producers and one of Victoria’s most welcoming farm, food, and wine destinations. We capture all of this in every bottle, and it’s in every bottle that you’ll discover the unexpected.
Philosophy
Farming is in our DNA, and we see it as our responsibility to steward the land for future generations. Our philosophy centers on harmonising with nature’s rhythms to build a more sustainable and resilient farming system. By embracing the land’s natural ecology, we aim to produce exceptional quality with an eye on abundance for the future.
As dedicated grape and sheep farmers, we hold a profound respect for provenance, husbandry, and craftsmanship in food and wine. These wines, straight from the farm, embody our strong connection to the land and our enjoyment of it through quality food and wine.
Farm to Table wines are bright, generous, and meticulously blended to complement the tender texture of farm-raised meat.
