Don Martino
The vineyards of Finca La Violeta are located at 1180 meters above sea level where mineral waters and snow melt of the area enrich the soil and the vines. The soil is characterized as loamy clay. Paying special attention to the quality of the grape they utilize a rigorous program, which involves separating batches according to the destination of the grape and differential realization according to the climatic characteristics of each year. Since 1926 this vineyard has produced only Malbec, producing some of the best wines of the region, recognized worldwide. Cures, to prevent fungal diseases, are made with copper and sulfur products of natural origin. No work with herbicides and weeds are mechanically removed.
