To create this white whale of the wine world, we went to California’s Central Coast - where the foggy mornings and cool evenings have a favorable effect on the heartbreaker grape. Aged in 40% new French oak for 12 months to enhance notes of sweet spice, this round Pinot pairs nicely with pork, pizza and cheeses. Winemaker, Ryan Zotovich, has been making Pinot Noir for thirteen years. This includes his time producing wine at a high-end estate winery known for producing one of the most sought after Pinot Noirs in the world.
