The Story
The idea is to create a fun wine that represents the entire vineyard.
This blend consists of: 50% Carbonic Pinot Noir, 25% Carbonic Pinot Gris, 15% destemmed Chardonnay, 10% destemmed Riesling. Then we topped off the wine in the Egg with our Table grape juice while it aged.
