William J. Warto III, based in San Francisco, joins Serendipity as a Senior Brand Manager. He represents a stable of renowned producers and importers from all corners of the world, including some of California’s most respected wineries. Warto has more than 18 years of experience in all facets of the wine industry, spanning production, importation, distribution, and retail. Most recently, he worked as Vice President of Supplier Relations for Epic Wines & Spirits and as Director of Supplier Relations and Business Development with Foley Family Wines.
Brian J. Springer, also based in San Francisco, joins the company in the newly created role of Director of Sales, Northern California. Springer leads the Northern California sales force and is focused on bringing the Serendipity portfolio and strong customer support to discerning buyers throughout the region, including the Bay Area. He brings nearly 20 years of wine sales and management experience in Northern California, most recently with Epic Wines and Spirits as Key Account Specialist. Springer joins, Kellie Davenport, Director of Sales, Southern California, and Holly Lewis, Director of Strategic Accounts, who have successfully led the company’s sales efforts for the last two years and have extensive experience in the California market.
Aaron Moore is based in Sebastopol and is a highly accomplished wine professional who joins the Serendipity team with 25 years of wine sales experience. Moore’s territory includes Marin and Sonoma counties, where he has long-standing relationships with key accounts in the area. Before joining Serendipity, Moore was a top performing sales representative for Epic Wines and Spirits in Sonoma County.
Joseph DeSantis is based in Los Angeles and joins Serendipity’s Southern California sales team. DeSantis has a 14-year history in wine and food, including as the proprietor of a neighborhood wine bar and café in West Hollywood. This unique experience makes him an ideal partner for local restaurants and shops seeking great service and an exceptional selection of fine wine and spirits. DeSantis most recently served as an Account Manager for Epic Wine and Spirits.
