Alessandro Bucalossi's family has been producing Chianti Classico at Casa Emma in the beautiful hills of San Donato in Tuscany. The desire to produce a completely dealcholized wine was brought upon Alessandro's passion for wine combined with his medical background being a Hematologist Medical Doctor. The bridging of the two passions brought about ZEERO. ZEERO offers an excellent alternative to all of those who for various reasons cannot or don't want to drink alcohol, but don't want to deprive themselves of a drink which can be enjoyed with food. Alessandro thought about respecting the rich material of wine by depriving it only of alcohol with mechanical and non-chemical methods to leave as much possible intact the taste of the wine and the healthy substances of itself, keeping high amounts of resveratrol in the ZEERO ed other polyphenols with anti-oxidant action as well as very few calories.
