Mouthfeel Good sensation of lemon peel and peach with dry finish.
Tasting Notes Light straw yellow in color with a delicate sensation of ripe yellow fruits on the nose. Very fresh and easy to drink with a taste of lemon peel and peach, having a dry finish.

Producer Story
Alessandro Bucalossi's family has been producing Chianti Classico at Casa Emma in the beautiful hills of San Donato in Tuscany. The desire to produce a completely dealcholized wine was brought upon Alessandro's passion for wine combined with his medical background being a Hematologist Medical Doctor. The bridging of the two passions brought about ZEERO. ZEERO offers an excellent alternative to all of those who for various reasons cannot or don't want to drink alcohol, but don't want to deprive themselves of a drink which can be enjoyed with food.
