The Story
We work exclusively with three producers based in Saint Romain Sur Cher. Each year, the wine comes from them and this allows us to have a consistent quality from one year to the next. The wine comes from the AOC Touraine but it becomes IGP Val de Loire because we vinify it in Sancerre.

Our wine estate located in Sancerre and Verdigny in Cher (18) extends over a mosaic of 80 plots, planted with 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir.
