The Story

The signature white wine from La Sirena, this Moscato is a very unusual dry expression of Muscat Canelli. In its striking cobalt blue bottle, Moscato Azul has become a fan favorite for its drinkability, perfumey aroma, crisp acidity, and amazing food pairing potential. Similar in style to dry Riesling or dry Gewurztraminer but with the delicious tropical and floral flavors of Muscat Canelli. First vintage 2003

About La Sirena

Producer Story

La Sirena is world-renowned winemaker Heidi Barrett's own label, founded in 1994 in Calistoga, Napa Valley. La Sirena ("the mermaid" in Spanish and Italian) is an expression of Heidi's greatest passions - wine, art, and the ocean; she is a lifelong scuba diver and visual artist as well as a winemaker. Specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon, Heidi's favorite varietal to make, La Sirena also offers a variety of small-production, artisanal wines that express Heidi's noted style of elegant, balanced wines with a touch of whimsy.
