Tasting Notes Strawberry, pink apple, cider, candy floss & dry grain on the nose give way to a flavor experience that can only be understood fully when experienced. Strawberry, cranberry, lemon drop, buchu leaf & pomengranate notes come across the palate alongside a sweet & sour experience that is somehow both gentle and decisive. Wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered & bottled without added sulphur. Low in alcohol & high in energy.
