The Story

'Sire' in a Salentine dialect translates to 'Father', an homage to Mr. Pietro, Francesco and Marco's dad. This name merges their familial heritage with the cultural and winemaking heritage of Salento. In fact, Negroamaro is the most ancient grape still growing in that area, first planted by the Messappii tribe and other Lapygians to the North.
