Tasting Notes Inky garnet in color, the 2021 True Grit Cabernet Sauvignon has warm earthy aromas mingled with ripe blackberry, cocoa, and hints of cigar box. The palate is full of rich brooding dark-fruit married with flavors of black cherry, baker’s chocolate, and vanilla. A full-bodied wine with smooth tannins that carry through to a lightly spiced, toasty-oak finish with a kiss of bright cranberry.

A family that refused to let their dream be destroyed, planting vineyards and building a winery by hand without electricity or power tools.
A winery, Parducci Wine Cellars, bonded on August 1, 1933,one of only 70 wineries left in California out of over 350 that existed pre-prohibition. Today, Parducci Wine Cellars is recognized as the longest running winery in Mendocino County and the only winery to survive into modern day.
Together the Parducci family built a legacy, a legacy that we honor today with True Grit wines.
