'Sotabosc' is Catalan for 'underbrush'- evocative of the never-ending layers of flowers, herbs, minerals &soils that make up the earthen mosaic of Vinyes Domènech. An expressive and elegant red wine, Sotabosc Red is full of the aromas and flavors of balsamic, strawberries and raspberries, flinty minerals, and the floral &herbal expressions of Mediterranean underbrush.
