'Sotabosc' is Catalan for 'underbrush'- evocative of the never ending layers of flowers, herbs, minerals &soils that make up the earthen mosaic of Vinyes Domènech. An expressive and fresh white wine, Sotabosc White is full of the aromas and flavors of Mediterranean underbrush, submerged with notes of alyssum honey, fennel anise and a bunch of wild herbs such as raven.
