Tasting Notes Brilliant pale pink in appearance. On the nose, N°1 Rosé 2023 offers an explosion of small red berries fresh and grapefruit. On the palate, the fresh and dynamic structure harmonises acidity and mouthfeel to perfection. Very well-balanced, the wine culminates in a long, refreshing finish. A great example of Cabernet Franc vinified as a rosé.
