Winemaking The grapes were crushed and cold-soaked before fermentation. After fermentation, the wine aged in medium-plus American and French barrels.

Overall A medium body Red with a pretty garnet color
Aromas Violet, dark chocolate, and a little mint
Mouthfeel Soft tannins and smooth finish
Tasting Notes A medium bodied red wine with pretty ruby garnet color. Aromas of violet, dark chocolate, and little mint on the nose. Fresh flavors of plums, cherries, blueberries mixed with some black pepper tones. Finishes with soft tannins for a very smooth wine.
