The Story

The packaging of the bottle is inspired by the original label of Domaine Amiot designed in 1920 with the Art-Nouveau style of the Belle Époque. Bottling at the estate was a rare practice as winegrowers sold new wine in bulk to merchants, but Flavie Amiot and her husband, Arsène, were pioneers in bottling thanks to their Parisian clientele.

About Guy Amiot

Brand Story

The Domaine Amiot was founded in Chassagne-Montrachet in 1920 by Arsene Amiot when he acquired
select parcels of vines or “climats” in Chassagne including Vergers, Caillerets, Clos St. Jean and in what is today Le Montrachet. In the 1930s the domaine passed to Aresene’s son, Pierre, who continued to add top sites such as Champsgains, Macherelles, Maltroie and their tiny parcel in Puligny, Les Demoiselles.
