The Character

Tasting Notes Rich and spicy are the key words of this wine. It has a very deep ruby red colour. The nose is complex and combines red fruits and spices. It is very typical of the Shiraz grape variety. Soft attack on the palate, harmonious tannins with a good presence.

The Crake (La Marouette) is a small migratory bird that is present at the edge of rivers and marshes. Its name comes from Provencal (south of France language) ‘marouetto’ which means ‘puppets’.
