Handcrafted in Oregon using our direct-fire alembic pot still, this gin begins with a mash of malted barley and corn, giving it a rich, whiskey-like texture and complexity rarely found in modern gins.
Infused with a carefully curated blend of classic botanicals—including juniper, citrus peel, cardamom, and angelica root—Ransom Old Tom is lightly sweetened and rested in French oak barrels.
