The Story
From Feliz Creek Vineyard in Mendocino County, CA. Crafted from single vineyard, Beckstoffer Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied Cab with a bright nose of ripe blackberry, plum, coffee, vanilla, and toast notes to round it out. The fruit continues in the palate with black currant, dark cherry, and baking spices. The wine is ripe and rich with a dusty cocoa powder finish and a palate clearing, robust tannin structure. This Cabernet pairs well with steak, bolognese, and other richly flavored dishes.
