The Character
Tasting Notes Youthful vibrant expressions of pomegranate, dark cassis, light maraschino, stewed plum, and licorice. Slowly reveals notes of moss and earthy characteristics. On the palate, the fruit matches the nose with density, structure, peppery decadence & hints of spicy clove and vanilla.

The Story
Six Bit Ranch is a passion project from Jess Akin. Jess worked as a Michelin starred sommelier in New York before heading west to bring Six Bit Ranch to life. Working with Flagship Vineyards, he has selected the perfect terroir and blending to carry the name and legacy of his grandfather’s farm.
Located East of the San Francisco Bay with a similar climate to Northern Napa (in particular, St. Helena and Calistoga) a unique East‐West orientation of the valley draws cool coastal breezes and creates vibrant fresh fruit and well‐balanced wines.
