The Story

A blend of 71% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, with 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Malbec. Each of the grapes contributes a different characteristic to the wine. The Merlot gives the wine soft red berry fruit on the front, the Cabernet Sauvignon provides the power and weight behind the wine, and the Cabernet Franc adds to the overall structure. Thanks to the cool climate of Alexander Valley, the notes of red and black cherries, and blueberries are delicate. This red Blend offers silky tannins and a supple feeling on the palate too.
