Overall Fresh and balanced

Mouthfeel delicate with medium tannins
Tasting Notes Deep red color with violet tones. Fine, red fruit aromas that blend delicately with oak. On the palate, it is fresh and well balanced with medium tannins. Flavors of plums, vanilla and tobacco.
The Story
Fruit comes from plots surrounding Mendoza - Finca La Amalia, Altamira, La Consulta, and San Carlos, which all have deep sandy loam soil with excellent drainage. Manual harvest is conducted at optimum maturity, and the grapes are pressed with rollers, cooling at 10°C.
