The Story
Stefano Papetti and Nicoletta De Fermo returned to their family's estate, which had been dormant since the mid-1950s, to revive their winemaking heritage. They are committed to minimal intervention in the cellar, letting the terroir and the grapes speak for themselves. The "Concrete" name reflects their choice of fermenting and aging the wine in concrete tanks, which allows for micro-oxygenation without the influence of oak. The wine is a testament to their dedication to biodynamic farming and natural winemaking practices.
