The vineyards for Patch Montepulciano are situated between 1300 and 1600 feet above sea level on the slopes near Majella National Park, soaking in the true Abruzzo terroir. From the Cantina Orsogna family of wines, Patch stays true to organic & biodynamic winemaking.

Patch is part of the Cantina Orsogna family of wines. Cantina Orsogna was born in 1964 as a cooperative company and it counts now around 500 partners. It is located in Abruzzo at 432 m a.s.l., at the foot of the Majella National Park and 15 km from Adriatic sea. Total production is about 200.000 hl and 80% is certified organic, so it is one of the largest producer of organic wines in south center of Italy.
