The Story
Cap Fizz is a dry, pink bubbly bottle of refreshment for workers, picnickers, fishers, makers, singers, and
watchers of the western sunset. Picked early at harvest, it has lively acid and a pretty aroma enhanced by its sparkle and joined together with the feeling of seeing a rainbow behind a waterfall.
Cap Fizz comes in two sizes-individual enjoyment, and friendly gathering. This is a sparkling wine that you
can drink like a beer. Just pop the crown cap. No pontification required.
Our family has been farming in the Willamette Valley for four generations and Lowell & Pauline still reside
on the original family farm in West Salem that was established by Grandpa Brad in the 1940's. All of the
foliage on the label represents fruit and flowers from our farm, native Oregon wildflowers used in our cover
crop, and local crops that represent the bounty of the valley.
