The Character

Tasting Notes "The medium pink-hued NV Champagne Grand Cru Brut Rosé is a freshly styled rosé that lifts with notes of fresh strawberries, croissant dough, roses, and tangerine. The palate is medium-bodied and highly refreshing, with a spritely mousse and a clean zippy finish that never veers into austerity. It’s a total charmer with lovely energy and a zesty feel to enjoy now or over the next few years. This release is from the 2019 vintage (despite being listed as NV) and is composed of 75% Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Noir, raised in stainless steel. These wines really over-deliver for the price." --Audrey Frick
