The Story
The parcels on the climates of high Pouilly and very old vines are those housed in new oak barrels because their concentration and complexity fully benefit from the contribution of wood. A longer ageing, until bottling in summer, releases the expression of this great terroir.

Pierre is omnipresent in the vineyards from pruning to bud- break to harvest, offering his expertise in organic and biodynamic agriculture while working tirelessly with vineyard managers to oversee the plots destined to become his signature Cote d'Or and Mâconnais wines.
