The Story
This wine harnesses all of the vibrant energy of the SCRIBE Estate Pinot Noir vineyard on the southwest-facing slope of Arrowhead Mountain in the southern Mayacamas Volcanic Range. Handled gently in the cellar with native yeast fermentation, aged in neutral oak and bottled unfiltered, the Estate Pinot Noir is a wine distinctly tied to our small piece of Sonoma. It is powerful and pure. Clones 667, Swan, Pommard, Chalone, Mt. Eden, and Wadenswil are planted in volcanic tuff and Huichica Loam. 23.3 °Bx | pH 3.93 | TA 4.9 g/L | 13.5% alc
