The Story
75% Cabernet Sauvignon / 25% Sangiovese. Upon coming across this blend during an early tasting trip to Mexico several years ago, we knew it would be a hit in the United States if we could convince Paolo to allocate some our way. Impressively balanced, this blend proves how far winemaking in Baja has progressed over the years.
