Winemaking We are committed to minimal intervention winemaking. All of our alcoholic and malolactic fermentations undergo native fermentation. This Cabernet is aged in 60% new French oak for 17 months.

This vintage is also defined by a delicious, sophisticated and tailored tannin profile, concluding in a superb multi-layered finish with a candied fruit element that’s seductive and even more rewarding with aeration.
