The Story

We started producing our High Plains Rosé back in 2014. Some vintages have been 100% Mourvèdre, some vintages have had Cinsaut, Grenache and/or Carirgnan blended in. We've always hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed to preserve freshness and soft texture. Regardless of vintage, we've always strived to produce a value-driven, BTG-friendly rosé with awesome texture, aromatics and flavor. We believe this is a great example of what Texas can do consistently, and think of it as a great introduction to our brand and Texas wine in general.

Vineyard: Phillips Vineyard, Elevation: 3350ft, Vine Age: 4 years, Soil: Deep sandy-loam over caliche
