The Story

In a word (or two): the King. On the label is the uncompleted name "Am" that conveys that this is still not a completed work. Celestino is a perfectionist and will not have the full name of the wine on the label until it is to his satisfaction. The shape of the letter A refers to the 'vat', a symbol of winemaking. There is also a hair clip, symbolizing that this is a feminine wine and not the usual Amarone. It is only made in the best years.
