Rondinella, one of the main red grapes for Amarone, mutated in the vineyard to become a white grape. Hence the name 'black to white.' It is 60% Rondinella Bianca, 15% Kerner, 15% Gold Traminer, 15% Kerner, 10% Incrocio Manzoni
