Winemaking After a long pneumatic pressing at low pressure, the juices flow by gravity from the press to the tank in order to avoid handling the grapes and juices. This is followed by a 12-hour cold static settling (natural deposit of suspended particles) then alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This wine will be aged in stainless steel vats for between 5-7 months on its fine lees to give it aromatic richness.

Tasting Notes The nose offers fresh, floral and white fruit aromas mixed with aromas of dried fruits. On the palate, the wine is supple with a nice volume while retaining a certain liveliness. Freshness and smoothness blend perfectly and give this wine a good balance and a pleasant aromatic persistence.
Pairings Langoustines, fine fish or poultry in sauce, like Bresse chicken with morel sauce

Our Sancerre Blanc Terres Blanches comes from 3 plots of around thirty years old, flourishing on this generous terroir. Located on a hillside and benefiting from a Southeast exposure, maturation is gradual and regular.
