The Story

Hochar Père et Fils Red is a distinct wine from a single vineyard near Aana in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Crafted from mature bushvines of Cinsault, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s fermented in cement, aged briefly in oak, and matured for years in bottle before release. While often seen as Musar’s second wine, it stands on its own with ripe fruit, savory spice, and natural elegance. Built for early enjoyment but capable of aging gracefully.
