The Character
The Story
In France’s Central Loire Valley lies a small village, Sainte Gemme, with vineyard soils composed of clay and limestone. This is where the Pinot Noir grapes for this Sancerre Rosé are grown.
The wine receives its pale pink color by allowing the skins of the grape to mix with the juice for a short time, after which they are delicately pressed and fermented. The supple texture of the wine is a result of the fine lees aging the wine undergoes before bottling.

Kevin Mehra launched 90+ Cellars. His concept was simple: allow great wineries to sell more wine through a new brand. By offering to not disclose the source, Kevin found that many wineries were happy to offer him their top wines at lower costs in order to sell more. And in doing so, 90+ Cellars was able to bring these world class wines to more people at better prices.
